At Chakadola Technologies(All products), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by any of the products of Chakadola Technologies and how we use it. This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for users to our applications with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in any of the products of Chakadola Technologies. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than these applications.

By using any of our applications, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may further collect the following information from you during your use of the products:
- User Account Information:
When you register for an Account (individually or through organizational process from your respective IT Department), we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you as a user choose to sign up with an external authentication services, we will fetch and store email address, name and profile image URL from this service.
- Transaction Information:
If you choose to avail the paid version of the of the products, we, as well as our payment providers may collect your transactional information and billing details such as credit card information, billing email, banking information, location at the time of transaction and/or a billing address.
- Usage Information:
We may further collect information during your use of the product such as information relating to:
- Meetings conducted using our products
- Apps used
- Data recorded in apps such as note taker, location etc
- Video recordings made using our products
- Transcripts created using our products
- Activities by you and other users when the users interact with our products
- Information about your device (such as type, OS, device id, browser version, locale and language settings used
How we use your information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our applications
- Improve, personalize, and expand our applications
- Understand and analyze how you use our applications
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the applications, and for marketing and promotional purposes
- Send you system emails
- Find and prevent fraud
- Unique Identification on our system
Log Files
Chakadola Technologies follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log users when they visit applications. All SaaS provider companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for finding and fixing bugs, analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the applications, and gathering demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other applications, every product of Chakadola Technologies use ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including users’ preferences, and the pages on the applications that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on users’ browser type and/or other information.
Third-Party Privacy Policies
Chakadola Technologies’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or applications. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers’ respective applications.
Data Location
Personal data we collect is stored on infrastructure provided by AWS and GCP in Mumbai. India. Both AWS & GCP implement and maintain industry- leading security standards.
Data Retention
Under normal circumstances the personal information collected by Goodmeetings will only be retained for such periods of time as you continue to access the products or as may be required for the provision of services. We may further retain the other information for a period of 2 years, or such other period as may be prescribed by applicable laws including for such period as may be required for resolving disputes or answering requests from governmental or regulatory authorities. Confidentiality of such information shall be maintained during the period of retention.
Data Disclosure
We may disclose information collected with the following parties:
- Group members, personnel, suppliers, or subcontractors: We keep your information confidential, but may disclose it to any member of our group (which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and its subsidiaries, as defined in the Companies Act, 2013), our personnel, suppliers, or subcontractors insofar as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy subject to obligations of confidentiality and data protection at least as stringent as the term of this Privacy Policy.
- Payment service partners and websites.
- To government institutions/ authorities to the extent required i) under the laws, rules, and regulations and/ or under orders of any relevant judicial or quasi-judicial authority; ii) for the purposes of prevention, investigation, and prosecution of cyber incidents; iii) for reporting any offences committed by users; iv) to protect and defend the rights or property of Goodmeetings; v) to fight fraud and credit risk; vi) to enforce Goodmeetings’ Terms of Use (to which this Privacy Policy is also a part); vii) for verification of any information provided by users; or viii) when Goodmeetings, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary in order to protect its rights or the rights of others.
CCPA Privacy Policy (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Chakadola Technologies does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our applications, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
